Do I need to book a table?

When visiting Enchant you can either turn up or book a table via our website homepage. We recommend booking a table for Friday & Saturday evenings if your group is larger than 8 people to guarantee we can fit you in during our busy times.

Are you dog friendly?

As much as we love dogs, unfortunately we don’t allow them inside our bar. Dogs are more than welcome in our outdoor seating area.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

Our bar is based on the first floor of Contract House which means there are steps to gain entry into our venue. In the near future we’re looking to have a separate entrance build with a stair lift to help make our bar more accessible to all.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

We have some great branded ‘Bank of Enchant’ gift vouchers available in the value of £10. Perfect gift for any special occasion, if you’d like to purchase one please ask one of our bar tenders.

Can under 18’s visit?

Of course! Enchant welcomes everyone into our magical enchanted forest, we allow under 18’s up until 9pm! Please note we follow a strict challenge 25 policy when purchasing alcohol.

Can I book Bottomless Afternoon Tea on the day?

We require 2 days notice when booking your bottomless afternoon tea. We’re unable to take telephone bookings for this experience, a deposit is required when booking through our website.

Do you sell Mocktails?

We do! We have a great range of theatrical Mocktails for under 18’s and non drinkers to enjoy.

Do you cater for allergies or intolerances?

Can we select different afternoon tea drink packages?

You sure can! When making your booking, our system will allow you to select which afternoon tea drink packages you’d like per person.

When do you serve last orders?

Our last orders for drinks are half an hour before we close, all drinks must be consumed before the final half an hour of service has ended to meet our licensing laws

Why does your booking system says no availability

Our booking system switches off 2 hours prior to you selecting a time. If we’re showing as no availability in over 2 hours before your required booking, this means we’re currently fully booked for that time.

How many people can i book afternoon tea for?

We currently have a limit of 8 people per booking, this is to ensure we’re able to offer you the best service possible. Please note, if you book two separate tables for afternoon tea under the same name and ask for them to be put together, this booking will be cancelled.

When do you host themed afternoon teas?

Our new Themed Afternoon Tea’s will be available throughout the year. We will only be offering this experience on specific Sundays during the month, to see what themes we have please head over to the afternoon tea page.

How do i contact you regarding a booking I’ve made?

The best way to contact us regarding a booking you’ve made, we recommend replying to your confirmation email with any questions. Alternatively you can contact us by phone during our opening hours which you can find on our home page.

What is a booking pre-authorisation?

When making a booking with us, you’ll be asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. This will not charge your card unless booking terms are broken, for example failure to turn up.

What is Enchant Merchandise?

Enchant Merchandise is part of the Enchant brand! You’ll be able to purchase glassware which you see within our bars & the most magical homeware too!
